Chibumagwa
Located on the western shore of Lake Chibumagwa, off of the main road from Dodoma to Manyoni, is the village of Chibumagwa. This is the site of one of the Parishes staffed by the Missionaries of the Precious Blood. Chibumagwa now has a modern hospital with a paediatrics wing. Supplies of medicines and hospital materials are sent here via containers from Canada by CPPS Mission Projects. Over the years, windmills have been erected in some of the nearby villages.
