Periodically, CPPS Mission Projects organizes service learning experiences to Tanzania for students in secondary schools. During the students' summer vacation, they travel to Tanzania to witness the work of CPPS Missions as well as to offer some support in various work projects. These projects have involved helping to construct windmills in local villages, helping to make bricks for St Gaspar Primary School or helping with the construction of medical dispensaries. What ever the experince, it is always done in conjuction with teams of local Tanzanians.
The students prepare for their placement in Tanzania a year before they go and while in Tanzania they participate in reflection activities on their work placements as well as attend workshops on various issues related to the Developing World.
